General Description: The hotel sidera palace is an unusually shaped contemporary hotel situated in the centre of istanbul, 300 metres from the blue mosque and grand bazaar. The 17 air-conditioned guestrooms are spread over four floors and have turkish style decor with rich red patterned fabrics and wooden floors. All guestrooms include satellite television, direct-dial phones with free local calls, wireless internet, complimentary newspapers, minibars, and bathrooms with toiletries, slippers and hair dryers. Guests can relax in the turkish bath or sauna, or chat over drinks by the fireplace in the bar. Sidera wine house serves a contemporary fusion of italian, french and turkish cuisine in a room with stone walls and traditional turkish decor. Guests can also dine or enjoy drinks in the winter garden. Staff at the 24-hour front desk can exchange currency, store valuables in the safety deposit packet, and offer tour assistance.
